New Série

Thing promised, thing due !!
I announced to you a new series of unpublished paintings with the launch of my new website … well here it is !!! …. in part. We must leave a little, for a future article.

This new series is very strongly and intentionally oriented towards the abstract. The frames are no longer, in most cases, unique but multiple with diptychs, triptychs, quadriptychs, etc. They allow original compositions by combining the exterior forms of the work and the dimensions of the work.

The painted work is enhanced and creativity strengthened. The imagination is no longer limited by the size of the chassis and can express itself more freely.

The work itself, with its geometric shapes, combined with the effects of relief and depth, allows this creativity to be channeled while letting it express itself. There is a common thread running through each work, although they are different.

Color, light and contrast are the very essence of this series. It contains all of my different techniques acquired over time. Techniques which are not opposed but which support each other to trigger everyone’s imagination.
